Bollards and Posts

High-quality V2A/V4A stainless steel bollards and guard posts protect infrastructure in food, pharmaceutical and logistics sectors. Corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and HACCP compliant. We offer column bollards, floor-mounted guards, blocking posts and tubular barriers that deliver safety, durability and clean aesthetics in demanding environments.

Stainless steel bollards and guard posts – reliable protection for high-hygiene environments

We specialise in stainless steel bollards and bumper posts that safeguard industrial infrastructure where the highest hygiene standards apply. Our products are engineered for food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical and logistics facilities where cleanliness, durability and safety are critical.

Our range includes:

  • Column bollards – protect walls, corners and walkways from mechanical damage,
  • Stainless steel blocking posts – mark protection zones and guard machinery and equipment,
  • Floor-mounted bumper guards – installed along walls to shield vertical surfaces from pallet trucks and machinery,
  • Industrial tubular barriers – provide both protection and organisation in production halls, warehouses and cold stores.

All bollards and barriers are manufactured from premium V2A (1.4301) or V4A (1.4571) stainless steel, resistant to corrosion, heavy use and cleaning agents. The solutions are easy to maintain, meet sanitary requirements and comply with HACCP.

Choosing our stainless steel bollards and posts ensures not only aesthetics and longevity but also improved workplace safety and protection of valuable infrastructure. Their robust construction performs reliably even in the toughest industrial conditions.

Trust proven solutions – choose stainless steel bollards and posts from an experienced manufacturer.

Frequently asked questions

What grade of stainless steel do you use for bollards and guard posts?

We manufacture bollards and guard posts from V2A (1.4301/AISI 304) or V4A (1.4404/AISI 316L) stainless steel. V2A is suitable for halls and walkways; V4A with molybdenum is chosen where chlorides, salts or acids are present. Joints are TIG/MIG welded.

What is the difference between bollards and guard posts?

Bollards are mounted along walls and corners to protect vertical surfaces from impacts by trolleys and pallets. Guard posts are vertical elements placed around machines, racks or gates to define protection zones and prevent vehicle access. Both solutions are available in our stainless steel products range.

Are stainless steel bollards suitable for food plants?

Yes. V2A and V4A bollards and posts feature smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces, are HACCP compliant and hold PZH approval for food contact. They are widely used in food plants, dairies and cold stores with strict hygiene requirements.

Do you produce custom bollards and posts?

Yes, we manufacture floor-mounted bollards, blocking posts and industrial tubular barriers to customer dimensions and drawings. Structures are TIG/MIG welded in V2A or V4A stainless steel as part of our made-to-order stainless steel products.

What material certificate do I receive with the bollards?

On request we supply 3.1 mill certificates according to EN 10204 for each batch, confirming steel grade and composition. V2A and V4A material also holds PZH approval. As an EHEDG member we emphasise hygienic design.

Where are stainless steel bollards and tubular barriers typically installed?

They perform well in production halls, warehouses, cold stores and along traffic routes. They protect walls, corners, machinery and gates from damage by forklifts and pallet trucks, increasing safety and extending infrastructure life.
