Stainless Steel Drainage Channels

B&K GROUP stainless steel drainage channels, designed for the food industry, are engineered for maximum efficiency in draining waste in industrial environments. These solutions ensure reliable performance under intensive use, where hygiene, durability, and resistance to chemical and mechanical factors are critical.

These systems are a key component of the technical infrastructure in production facilities, where effective and safe drainage of process water and contaminants from floor surfaces is required.

Features and Applications – Drainage Channels

Compact drainage channels are high-quality solutions designed for efficient water and contaminant drainage in demanding industrial settings. Made entirely of stainless steel, they offer durability, hygiene, and resistance to corrosion and aggressive chemicals used in production and cleaning processes.

B&K GROUP stainless steel drainage channels are used in the food industry, breweries, dairies, and other industrial facilities with high sanitary standards. The system excels as linear drainage and as a drainage trough in production and cleaning zones.

Construction and Configuration Options

Drainage channels are available as single straight sections or as modular systems that can be connected via flanges with gaskets or welded on-site using special connectors. This flexibility allows the installation to be tailored to the technical conditions of the facility.

At the lowest point of the channel, a floor drain (German: Bodenablauf or Ablauf) – single or double-part – is installed to ensure effective liquid and contaminant removal.

B&K GROUP drainage systems offer extensive customization options. The length of the installation is virtually unlimited, with standard widths ranging from 100 mm to 1000 mm. The design can include corners, transition connectors, and special elements, enabling the creation of bespoke drainage systems.

Compatibility and Installation

The BOX-type linear drainage system is designed to be compatible with various industrial flooring types, including concrete, resin, and industrial tiles – both square and hexagonal.

The system allows for easy installation in new projects or during the modernization of existing facilities, without the need to alter the entire technical infrastructure.

Hygiene and System Efficiency

Thanks to precise manufacturing and the use of high-grade stainless steel, B&K GROUP drainage channels meet the strict hygienic standards required in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The smooth internal surface minimizes the accumulation of contaminants and microbial growth, significantly simplifying system maintenance.

The design is optimized for easy cleaning and integration with CIP washing systems, ensuring high hygiene standards while reducing operational costs and production downtime.

Additional Options and Safety

Drainage channels can be customized to meet specific project requirements, both in terms of dimensions and technical specifications. The system can be equipped with various types of grates, covers, and anti-slip elements to enhance safety in production areas.

Drainage systems are designed with appropriate slopes to ensure efficient liquid drainage, even under intensive use.
