PROCESS TANKS

Our offer includes process tanks that we design and manufacture to individual order, adjusting every detail to the client’s specific requirements and the production process. Our tanks are widely used across various industries, especially where precision, hygiene and reliable operation are essential.

We specialize in tanks for:

• food industry, including dairies, breweries, fruit and vegetable processing plants, meat plants, confectionery manufacturers and many others,
• chemical industry, where the highest chemical resistance standards are required,
• pharmaceutical industry, meeting strict sanitary and documentation norms,
• industrial wastewater treatment systems, with emphasis on durability and operational efficiency.

Our tanks are made exclusively from acid-resistant steel (e.g. AISI 316L), ensuring exceptional durability, corrosion resistance and compliance with hygiene requirements. On request we equip tanks with vertical, side, frame or propeller agitators with appropriately selected gear motors for optimal mixing conditions.

Depending on the technological process, tanks can be fitted with heating or cooling systems (e.g. heating jackets, heat exchangers) as well as advanced control systems with process visualization, archiving and data transfer to superior systems (PC/SCADA).

Our solutions are a synonym of reliability and modern industrial engineering trusted by dozens of plants in Poland and Europe. We carry out both single orders and complete deliveries of tanks for entire technological lines.

STORAGE TANKS

We specialize in manufacturing acid-resistant steel storage tanks tailored to individual needs of clients from various industries. One of the most frequently realized solutions are storage tanks manufactured in both vertical and horizontal configurations – depending on installation conditions and user preferences.

Depending on the stored medium, the tank part in contact with it is made of AISI 304, 316 or 316L steel, guaranteeing excellent corrosion resistance and compliance with hygiene and technological standards.

Our tanks can be equipped with a full set of accessories and functional elements such as:

• inlet and outlet nozzles,
• overflow, level and temperature sensors,
• data readout systems with computer integration capability,
• venting devices,
• cleaning balls and heads for central CIP systems,
• inspection and maintenance manways,
• support structures: legs or bottom dished end (depending on the floor),
• ladders and service platforms,
• insulation for double-wall tanks – with cladding made of stainless steel, galvanized or painted trapezoidal sheet.

All tanks are transported, installed and integrated with existing systems by our specialized mobile teams – fitters, welders, electricians and automation engineers. We provide full support from delivery to commissioning.

Each order includes complete technical documentation, certificates, warranty cards and acceptance protocol. In addition, we offer staff training as well as warranty and post-warranty service. Our experience and flexibility enable us to execute even the most demanding industrial tank projects.
