PROCESS TANKS

We design and manufacture custom process tanks tailored to each client’s requirements and production process. Our tanks are used across industries where precision, hygiene and reliability are critical.

Specialized tanks for:

food industry (dairies, breweries, fruit & vegetable processing, meat plants, confectionery),
chemical industry requiring high chemical resistance,
pharmaceutical industry meeting strict sanitary and documentation standards,

All tanks are built exclusively from acid-resistant stainless steel (e.g. AISI 316L) for corrosion resistance and hygiene compliance. Optional vertical, side, frame or propeller agitators with matched gear motors ensure optimal mixing.

Heating/cooling jackets, heat exchangers and advanced SCADA-integrated control systems with process visualization and data logging are available.

STORAGE TANKS

We specialize in custom stainless steel storage tanks in vertical or horizontal configuration. Contact parts are made of AISI 304, 316 or 316L for excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene compliance.

Available accessories include inlet/outlet nozzles, level and temperature sensors, CIP cleaning heads, inspection manways, support legs, ladders, platforms and insulation with stainless, galvanized or trapezoidal cladding.

Frequently asked questions

What grade of stainless steel do you use?

Standard V4A (1.4404 / AISI 316L) acid- and chloride-resistant or V2A (1.4301 / AISI 304). Grade selected according to medium and process.

Do you manufacture tanks to order?

Yes — we design and build both process and storage tanks to individual specifications: capacity, nozzles, agitators, insulation and CIP systems.

Are the tanks suitable for the food industry?
