We offer custom design, bending, welding, and surface finishing (galvanizing, powder coating). We manufacture profiles with up to 17 precise bends, including punching and cutting to the final length.

Cold rolling profile forming is a continuous process of bending steel strip, unwound from a coil, which passes through a series of specially designed profiling rollers. At each stage, the material is gradually shaped until it achieves the final, required cross-section. Thanks to this technology, there is no need for an additional cutting stage to adjust the profile to the appropriate length – all profiles are produced directly to the final length, significantly reducing production time and minimizing material waste.
