Profile Forming

We specialize in precision cold roll forming of steel profiles, producing profiles in any cross-section and length. This technology ensures high repeatability, accuracy and minimal waste. We manufacture simple and complex profiles from various steel grades, including stainless steel, for construction, automotive, logistics and other industries. We offer custom design, bending, welding and surface finishing (galvanizing, powder coating). We produce profiles with up to 17 precise bends including punching and cutting to final length.

At an early stage of the process we can integrate operations such as:

  • punching (threaded or plain),
  • embossing,
  • nut insertion,
  • which streamlines production and shortens lead times.

Materials used for our profiles

  • Black steel – profiles in grades DC01, DC03, DD11, DD12, S235, S355 and high-strength grades HC180, HC220, HC260, HC300, HC370, HC420, HC500. Ideal for structural, construction and industrial applications.
  • Galvanized black steel – coatings from Z100 to Z275, grades DX51, DX52, S250, S320. Zinc layer provides excellent corrosion protection.
  • Coated black steel – wide RAL color range, grades DX51, S250, S320. Combines mechanical strength with aesthetic finish.
  • Stainless steel – premium material offering corrosion resistance, longevity and modern appearance. Used where reliability, hygiene and elegant finish are required.

We specialize in cold roll forming of steel profiles, also known as roll forming. This modern, precise technology allows us to create profiles of any cross-section and length, perfectly tailored to clients from various industries.

Our advantages:

  • In-house tooling – we design and manufacture our own tools, including for demanding stamping operations,
  • High repeatability and quality – we control every production stage for reliable deliveries,
  • Flexibility – fast response to design changes and quick adaptation to new client needs,
  • Complete processing – we integrate laser cutting, welding, bending, joining and packaging.

Our production lines enable even the most complex projects in an automated, efficient and precise way. We are a trusted supplier of steel profiles that combines modern technology with a practical approach to client needs.

Cold roll forming is a continuous bending process of steel strip unwound from a coil and passed through a series of specially designed forming rolls. The material is gradually shaped until it reaches the final required cross-section. All profiles are produced in final length, significantly reducing production time and material waste.

The technology provides high repeatability, dimensional accuracy and surface quality even in large production runs. Our profiles are used in construction, automotive, electrical, logistics and interior equipment manufacturing.

We operate modern machinery enabling production of both simple and highly complex open and closed profiles in various thicknesses and steel grades, including stainless steel. We also offer custom design of forming tools to deliver tailored solutions.

Our experience, precise quality control and flexible approach make us a trusted partner in cold roll forming of steel profiles. We invite you to cooperate!

We can deliver finished products: formed, bent, welded and surface-treated (galvanized, pickled, glass-bead blasted, powder coated).

Frequently asked questions

What materials do you use for roll forming?

We form profiles from aluminum, black/carbon steel and stainless steel V2A (1.4301/AISI 304) and V4A (1.4404/AISI 316L). V4A contains molybdenum for increased resistance to chlorine, acids and salt, making it suitable for aggressive chemical environments. Grade selection is matched to the operating conditions of the finished component.

Do you produce custom profiles?

Yes. We specialize in individually designed profiles tailored to client requirements. We are not limited to standard cross-sections.

Do you manufacture your own forming tools?

Yes. We have an in-house tooling department where we design and produce forming rolls and stamping tools matched to each project.

Does roll forming affect the corrosion resistance of stainless steel?

Correctly performed roll forming preserves the properties of stainless steel, including corrosion resistance. For applications involving chlorine or acids we recommend V4A grade with molybdenum, which maintains high corrosion resistance after forming and TIG/MIG welding.

Do you produce single pieces and larger quantities?

Yes. We manufacture prototypes and single custom profiles as well as repeatable batches. For larger orders we combine roll forming with serial production of stainless steel components to ensure consistent quality.

Do you provide material certificates for formed profiles?

Yes. Upon request we supply 3.1 mill certificates according to EN 10204 confirming the grade and chemical composition of the stainless steel used. Documentation supports material traceability during further processing and service life.

Do you export formed profiles abroad?

Yes. As a manufacturer of stainless steel products we export to EU countries, the United Kingdom, Turkey, the Middle East and Africa. Repeatable profiles are supplied under serial production tailored to client volumes.
