Resin Floors

We supply professional epoxy resin and UCRETE floors for food, chemical and pharmaceutical plants. Epoxy resins deliver seamless, chemical-resistant surfaces, while UCRETE withstands temperatures up to 120°C. We integrate V2A/V4A stainless steel drains (Bodenablauf) ensuring hygiene and efficient liquid removal.

Available systems:

EPOXY:

  1. Epoxy resin SMOOTH
  2. Epoxy resin SMOOTH + UV topcoat
  3. Epoxy resin anti-slip 0.4-0.8 broadcast

POLYURETHANE-CEMENT:

  1. PU-cement 8 kg/m² - 5 mm SMOOTH
  2. PU-cement 8 kg/m² - 5 mm ANTI-SLIP R10-R11
  3. PU-cement 8 kg/m² - 5 mm ANTI-SLIP R12-R13
  4. PU-cement 14 kg/m² - 9 mm ANTI-SLIP R11-R12
  5. PU-cement 14 kg/m² - 9 mm ANTI-SLIP R12-R13

We specialise in high-performance industrial resin floors – epoxy and polyurethane-cement (UCRETE) – engineered for facilities with strict hygiene and mechanical demands. Installations include food processing plants, dairies, breweries, warehouses, laboratories and chemical/pharmaceutical sites.

Epoxy resin floors provide seamless aesthetics, chemical resistance and easy cleaning. UCRETE polyurethane-cement systems endure extreme temperatures (up to 120 °C) and aggressive chemicals.

Every floor incorporates precision-engineered stainless steel drainage systems. We design and install V2A or V4A stainless steel channels and floor drains (Bodenablauf) that guarantee corrosion resistance, hygiene and reliable effluent removal in compliance with HACCP and sanitary standards.

With decades of experience and partnerships with leading manufacturers we deliver tailored stainless steel drain and resin flooring solutions from technical consultation through to final installation.

Full service: design, supply and installation of stainless steel floor drains and industrial resin floors.

Choose epoxy or UCRETE resin flooring combined with our stainless steel drainage systems for long-lasting, hygienic performance.

Frequently asked questions

What resin floor systems do you offer?

We provide three main systems: (1) epoxy resin floors – cost-effective with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance for warehouses, factories and car parks; (2) polyurethane-cement UCRETE floors – highest resistance to heat and aggressive chemicals for food processing, breweries and dairies; (3) fast-curing MMA resin floors – traffic-ready in 1 hour, ideal for 24/7 operations.

What is the difference between epoxy and polyurethane floors?

Epoxy floors are rigid with good chemical resistance at ambient temperatures – preferred for production halls and warehouses. Polyurethane systems are flexible, tolerate dynamic loads, temperatures up to 120 °C and aggressive chemicals. Polyurethane-cement UCRETE combines both advantages and is the benchmark for food processing.

How long does resin floor installation take?

Typical 500 m² hall: 4-layer epoxy system – 7-14 days from substrate preparation to full service. UCRETE polyurethane-cement – 3-5 days. MMA resin – full load after 24 h. Duration depends on substrate moisture, ambient temperature and system thickness.

Are resin floors suitable for food industry (HACCP)?

Yes, when the correct system is selected. UCRETE polyurethane-cement floors meet HACCP, IFS, BRC and ISO 22000 requirements – seamless, anti-slip, resistant to hot water, detergents, acids and fats. Epoxy floors are suitable for ancillary areas but not for aggressive wet-process zones.

What loads can resin floors withstand?

Load classes AR1-AR4 to EN 13813. AR1 light traffic, AR2 medium (manual warehouses), AR3 heavy (forklifts ≤5 t), AR4 very heavy (>5 t, continuous traffic). UCRETE floors support up to 10 t/m² and truck traffic. Class is selected according to internal transport requirements.

What is the price of resin flooring per m²?

Prices vary by system: thin-film epoxy 50-90 PLN/m², medium-build 90-150 PLN/m², 3-5 mm epoxy 150-250 PLN/m². UCRETE polyurethane-cement 250-400 PLN/m². MMA 200-350 PLN/m². Substrate preparation (shot-blasting, milling) adds 30-60 PLN/m². All prices include materials and labour.
