We install stainless steel slot channels (8-20 mm gap) and floor drains rated for traffic loads in classes B125-F900. This matches forklifts, floor type and wash-down intensity in each facility.
What stainless steel grade do you use for workshop drains?
Standard V2A (1.4301/AISI 304); in chloride, acid or salt environments we use V4A (1.4404/AISI 316L) with molybdenum for superior corrosion resistance. All elements are TIG/MIG welded and supplied with 3.1 mill certificate EN 10204.
Which industrial floors work with production hall drains?
We recommend resin floors – epoxy and polyurethane-cement Ucrete (heat resistant to 120 °C) – plus MegaPlate 300 tiles where durability and hygiene matter. Full range:
